Motorists will have to go deep into their pockets paying for petrol which is set to go up in April.
The Energy Department has confirmed that petrol will increase by between R1.31 and R1.34 per litre.
While diesel will go up by between 81 and 82 cents.
From Wednesday, road users will fork out R1.34 more per litre for 93 octane unleaded petrol in Gauteng.
The litre of 95 octane unleaded petrol will rise by R1.31 per litre.
