Caster Semenya claims another victory against the IAAF. Switzerland Supreme Court has allowed Semenya the opportunity to compete until her appeal against the IAAF has been decided.

On Wednesday the IAAF’s request for the gender rules to stay in effect until the case is heard was rejected by the court. This court order permits Semenya to compete in the female category at this time without restriction.

Caster Semenya is due to race in the IAAF Diamond League in Rabat on Sunday however, she has been restricted from competing in the 800m at the event.
