The body of the fifth homeless man has been found on Wednesday morning at a bus stop in Muckleneuk Pretoria.

According to Mathapelo Peters, spokesperson for the SAP, a man’s body has been found at a bus stop 400m from the University of South Africa (Unisa).
Five men have been murdered in similar instances in Pretoria in the Muckleneuk area. All the victims were underaged men homeless men. The murders all took place during the night, Peters said.
Members of the crime unit, Forensics and investigators have been urged to prioritize the investigation of these murders.
The police have urged homeless people to be vigilant and to sleep together in groups at night for their own safety. Lt.genl. Elias Mawela the Gauteng head of police ensures that they are going to investigate these cases immediately. They are also discussing solutions to accommodate homeless people to other shelters.
