Hendrick ‘Pule’ Ekstein has confirmed that he is still not yet signed to a new team after his contract with Kaizer Chiefs was terminated.

According to reports, the midfielder is currently keeping fit with the help of a personal trainer. However, the 28-year-old has been linked with a possible overseas move to Azerbaijan Champions League club Qarabag.

“The situation hasn’t changed from the last time as I haven’t signed with any club,” Ekstein told KickOff.

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly opened negotiations with Baroka in an effort to sign their captain Mduduzi Mdantsane.
