The draw for the Telkom Knockout took place on Wednesday with Cape Town City set to host Kaizer Chiefs in the blockbuster tie of the first round.
In other games to look forward to, Orlando Pirates will be at home to Stellenbosch FC while Mamelodi Sundowns will host Amazulu.
Defending champions Baroka FC will have to travel to MTN8 winners Supersport United while Highlands Park take on Black Leopards.
