It’s official. Mbali Ntuli announced her interest in DA’s hot top position. The 31-years-old Ntuli announced in a press briefing on Friday morning in Johannesburg.
Mbali told her followers on social media that she’s gunning for the DA’s top position and the letter was welcomed and supported by many. The position is currently held by interim leader John Steenhuisen
“You may have heard I’ve decided to run to be leader of the DA in May. Tomorrow I will be having a press conference to outline why I am running an why I think the DA needs a New Way,” Ntuli announced.
Mbali is a former Provincial Campaigns Director for the party in KZN. She currently serves as a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature and serves as the DA KZN Spokesperson on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs.
Ntuli says she is prepared to work with anyone that wants to make the DA a party that would change the lives of all South Africans
