Kaizer Chiefs team Dr Mohammed Moosajee said the nation can collectively work to flatten the COVID-19 curve.
“We are facing a global pandemic of enormous proportion, collectively we need to do all that we can to prevent COVID-19 from spreading,” he said.
Dr Moosajee added that all South Africans must abide by and respect the national lockdown as a measure to help stop the spread of the deadly virus.
“My appeal to all South Africans is to abide by and respect the national lockdown by remaining indoors,” he said.
Dr Moosajee also encouraged citizens to mindful of physical distancing which is to remain two meters from each other.
