Ndaba Mandela announced he tested positive

Ndaba Mandela, the grandson of the late president of South Africa Nelson Mandela, confirmed that he tested positive for coronavirus.

Ndaba posted a video clip on Instagram confirming that he had actually contracted the virus after facing a backlash on twitter for his first video which he deleted when people said he was joking with a serious matter.

“So i got my results back, they tested positive. I got the rona, yo. The rona! Can you believe that,” He said in a video clip circulating on twitter.

Ndaba Mandela is the latest local public figure to test positive for the virus.
