Kaizer Chiefs is set to lock horns with bidvest Wits on Wednesday evening at Orlando Stadium in Soweto at 18:00.
This will be Chief’s first game after 159 days of no game play due to the coronavirus pandemic.
All sporting activities were paused when President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the lockdown on March, 26.
The encounter will be played at Orlando Stadium, Soweto at 18:00.
The Clever Boys coach, Gavin Hunt is prepared for the huge encounter and says he had more time to prepare.
“Well, the only good about Kaizer Chiefs is that we have three days and all the other games will be two days. So, you know we have a little bit of mileage in our legs now,” Hunt told the media.
Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs target man, Lebogang Manyama has promised one of a ‘hell’ game.
“I think now more than ever, it’s very difficult to play them because they have nothing to lose, in terms of what’s happening with their club,” Manyama told Chiefs’ media team.
