Dis-Chem has confirmed that four staff members have been arrested for allegedly issuing fraudulent vaccination cards at a vaccination site.
The cards were issued at the Dis-Chem Krugersdorp President Square vaccination site.
According to reports, had allegedly charged people R100 for a vaccination card.
CEO Iven Saltzman says they acted immediately and that it was upsetting to see that a small number of individuals felt they could take advantage of the vaccine roll-out programme.
Two men and two women between the ages of 19 and 36 were arrested and appeared in court facing charges of fraud.
