- A non-refundable fee of R300 is required on collection of the tender document by cash or EFT. - Tenderers should have an estimated CIDB grading of 9CE. - A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will be held on Friday 4 September 2026, commencing promptly at 10:00. - Tenderers are required to attend either in person at the Sarepta Community Hall, Rietvlei Road, Kuils River, or online via MS Teams (Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting by ID | Microsoft Teams; Meeting ID: 329 047 970 699 674; Passcode: gn9oJ3Mi). - A non-compulsory site visit to the Bellville Wastewater Treatment Works will follow immediately after the clarification meeting
