The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply, and the proposals will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022. The physical address for collection of documents is:1st floor, Department Land Reform and Rural Development Offices, 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg. Documents will be ready for collection as from 14h00 on 11 August 2026 and thereafter between 08h00- 12h30 and 13h15 to 15h30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
