Driver must have a VALID driver’s licence and a VALID PDP (copies of both documents must be attached). 5. Operators of the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) must have valid proof of competency. 6. • Operators of graders must submit valid proof of competency 7. • Operators of lowbed trucks and trailers must submit valid proof of competency.
