Johannesburg is forecast to reach about 25°C on Sunday under hazy sunshine, while coastal cities can expect more cloud and a chance of afternoon showers.

The Johannesburg minimum is forecast near 11°C after a clear, cool start. Pretoria and surrounding parts of Gauteng are also expected to warm through the day, although local conditions may differ.

Cape Town is expected to be mostly cloudy with isolated afternoon showers. Temperatures are forecast between about 14°C and 22°C.

Durban is forecast to remain humid and mostly cloudy, with a possible afternoon shower and temperatures ranging from about 20°C to 24°C.

People travelling between inland and coastal regions should expect a marked temperature difference. Forecasts can change during the day, especially around isolated showers.
