DRDGOLD shareholders approved all ordinary and special resolutions put to the company’s annual general meeting on Friday, 6 November 2026.

A general authority to repurchase issued securities received 87.46% support among votes cast on that resolution, with 12.54% opposed, according to the company’s stock-exchange announcement.

The approval is an authority to make repurchases, not confirmation that shares have already been bought back. The announcement did not disclose a completed buyback under the authority.

Shareholders also backed the remuneration policy with 95.47% of votes cast and the remuneration implementation report with 99.13%. The appointment of BDO South Africa as independent external auditor received 99.97% support.

Niël Pretorius was re-elected as a director with 98.86% support, while Thoko Mnyango’s re-election received 90.85%.

The percentages for and against each proposal are calculated from votes cast on that resolution. They should not be read as percentages of the company’s entire issued share capital.
